How can I qualify my employees when they are in the home office?

At PROCISE we offer the following solutions

  • Virtual trainings
  • E-learnings
  • Webinar
  • Certification case studies

How do virtual trainings differ from in-house trainings?

  • The participants are distributed over several locations
  • Trainers and participants are connected live via video conference. A local computer with Internet connection is required for this
  • The training concepts are different in detail. Nevertheless we offer an equivalent learning success
  • The challenge lies in the practical group exercises. Here we use selected technical tools and exercises to work with distributed participants
  • Exercise files and training documents are provided completely before the training
  • We use an online exam instead of paper
  • We also have a solution for less powerful internet connections

Your challenge

  • You are a trained Green Belt (training and exams successfully completed) and would like to complete your training with certification.
  • The certification should also be possible if no DMAIC project is feasible at the current employer.
  • You want to achieve certification at short notice and without travel expenses

Our solutions

We offer two options for your Green Belt certification:

a) Submission of your own DMAIC project based on our PROCISE Workbook (Powerpoint template).

  • Our price of 1.650 EUR plus VAT includes the viewing of the documentation, the telephone coordination, the preparation of the project acceptance as well as the project acceptance and certificate issuance
  • The project acceptance is the presentation/"defense" of the own project. This can be done on site in Frankfurt or remotely via web meeting.
  • If the project has not yet started, we recommend that you submit the project order before the start. We will discuss it and give you tips for the project implementation. This saves you a lot of work later on.

b) Processing our PROCISE Green Belt case study with documentation in our PROCISE Workbook.

  • Our price for the Green Belt case study is 350 EUR plus VAT. This is a comprehensive document in German including statistical data.
  • In addition, the price for the GB certification is 1.650 EUR plus VAT. This contains the introduction to the case study. An acceptance/ coaching of the results for each DMAIC phase with provision of the materials for the following phase.
  • The coaching acceptances can be performed on-site in Frankfurt or remotely via web session. The total time required for the coaching is a maximum of 8 hours.

Our experience / why PROCISE?

  • Our certifications are performed by Master Black Belts with over 20 years of experience.
  • We also certify Green Belts who have completed their training at other training institutes.
  • In addition to the certification, we provide you with a package of useful project templates and checklists.
  • Should your project not be certifiable after an initial check, you will not be charged any costs!

We also offer Black Belt certifications on request. You can have your Green Belt project taken into account for a later Black Belt certification.

Customer statement:

"After completing the Six Sigma Black seminar, I took the opportunity to implement a case study at PROCISE. The case study described a current situation from "life". The case study is not easy. It is time-consuming and complex, but you learn to work towards the solution step by step.

I found the milestone-oriented execution of the DMAIC process advantageous. This means that only after you have successfully completed the milestone, you have received further information about the next step. One had to concentrate on the "NECESSARY". Especially in the acceptance and milestone discussions, the potential and advantages of the Six Sigma process were made clear through the real reference.

I can only recommend PROCISE as a partner for the training of Six Sigma Black Belt. The theoretical training is well coordinated and I can also use the documents for my further work in the company. I have never seen a better combination of theory and practice in any other training institute".

Objective of the training

In this training you will learn how to identify performance gaps, intervene in a targeted manner in your company's process landscape, set priorities and effectively implement organizational changes that go hand in hand with process improvements.
