Trainings/Workshops

Knowledge is practical implementation not just grey theory.

Objective of the workshop

Economic success is often linked to a good strategy. Together we develop a vision (what), derive the mission (how) from it and link it to your strategic fields of action. We adapt the strategy workshop exactly to your needs. Depending on the requirements and scope, topics such as values, roles, rules and communication follow. The results are transferred into a business model canvas and linked to an action plan.

Typical Agenda

  • Workshop introduction, objective of the workshop with framework (scope), collection of expectations
  • Analysis of the actual situation
    • Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks in the market (SWOT analysis)
    • Derivation of target groups / industries
  • Synthesis from the joint as-is analysis (How to use strengths for opportunities? How to use opportunities to overcome weaknesses? How to use strengths to avert risks? How to overcome weaknesses and dangers?)
  • Who are our focus customers, what are their needs?
  • Development of a common vision (optional with Strategy Map)
  • Development of a common mission
  • What are the future core services/products, is there a unique selling point?
  • Transfer of the results into a Business Model Canvas
  • How will we work together? (Roles, values, rules, communication)
  • Definition of action plan and next steps.
