Trainings/Workshops

Which contents and methods are important for my team?

With in-house trainings you train your employees directly in your company. We adapt our trainings, workshops and simulations to your situation and use practical examples from your industry.

All trainings can also be conducted online or with both face-to-face and online participants (combined learning).

Online Trainings E-Learnings Webinar
  • Online

At PROCISE we offer the following solutions

  • Virtual trainings
  • E-learnings
  • Combined learning (presence and online participants)
  • Webinar
  • Certification case studies

How do virtual trainings differ from in-house trainings?

  • The participants are distributed over several locations
  • Trainers and participants are connected live via video conference. A local computer with Internet connection is required for this
  • The training concepts are different in detail. Nevertheless we offer an equivalent learning success
  • The challenge lies in the practical group exercises. Here we use selected technical tools and exercises to work with distributed participants
  • Exercise files and training documents are provided completely before the training
  • We use an online exam instead of paper
  • We also have a solution for less powerful internet connections

How do I become a Lean Six Sigma expert?

With our trainings!

Lean Six Sigma continues to be applied across all industries. It is always a transformation on both a large and small scale. Combined with agile methods, it can be applied at any time to become more efficient in a structured way. This is a philosophy that companies are committed to.

What is Lean Six Sigma?

Lean Six Sigma is a management approach for restructuring a company with regard to sustainable changes. The objective is a transparent, customer-oriented and cross-divisional organization.

Lean Six Sigma is a comprehensive set of methods with proven tools based on Six Sigma and Lean Management. An organization is trained and supported in these methods.

Sigma as a measured value indicating the number of defects in a process or product. Sigma is the Greek letter for dispersion - Six Sigma means: 99.99966% of the result is error-free (3.4 errors out of 1 million possibilities).

What is a Lean Six Sigma project?

All Six Sigma projects run through a structured project cycle:

DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control)

Extremely important here is the collection of data, which is the basis for any decision making in the course of the project.

The data is used to

  • confirm the nature and extent of the problem;
  • find out the real causes of problems;
  • create innovative solutions,
  • which have been proven to eliminate the causes;
  • establish procedures that will maintain the implemented solutions after the end of the project.

DMAIC project structure

  • Define: What is important?
  • Measure: How good are we at the moment?
  • Analyse: Why do we not meet the requirements?
  • Improve: What needs to be done?
  • Control: How do we guarantee sustainable improvements?

Customer statement:

"After completing the Six Sigma Black seminar, I took the opportunity to implement a case study at PROCISE. The case study described a current situation from "life". The case study is not easy. It is time-consuming and complex, but you learn to work towards the solution step by step.

I found the milestone-oriented execution of the DMAIC process advantageous. This means that only after you have successfully completed the milestone, you have received further information about the next step. One had to concentrate on the "NECESSARY". Especially in the acceptance and milestone discussions, the potential and advantages of the Six Sigma process were made clear through the real reference.

I can only recommend PROCISE as a partner for the training of Six Sigma Black Belt. The theoretical training is well coordinated and I can also use the documents for my further work in the company. I have never seen a better combination of theory and practice in any other training institute".
